Bad service

I'm disappointed with the bad service received from this app.. My order was placed more than an hour ago and now my driver states he is lost.. I've done so many orders in MrD and I never have an issue with my address.. I called your call center and the lady says the driver is close.. It's been more than an hour and a half and still nothing.. Do better on servicing people who are utilizing your platform.. Here's my order number - #DFD***
