Bad service

I placed a KFC order on Mr D on 29/1/21 at 19:14. I was told the order would be ready by 19:30. I arrived at KFC Georgetown Germiston at 19:45 to collect it. Upon arrival I was told that I should have collected my order by 19:30. I was told told that the order had been marked "damaged" as a result. When I placed my order I was never informed of this. The payment went through but order never received. This is appalling service. Having to drive 10km for nothing is frustrating. Order number is DFD***7
