BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed by the service I have received from Mr delivery, I ordered a meal from Pedro in Woodstock, but I haven't received my order nor my money back, I called on the day of my order and I was told that the driver was on the way and will deliver my order, STILL NOTHING, I escalated to MR delivery complaints and was told that the app showed as a collection, I explained to the complaints department that the app didn't show it was a collection and am still waiting for feedback now.

MR DELIVERY didn't refund my money and didn't deliver my food, it a **** for such a big company to eat people's money is a shame, NO FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN DONE AND NO FEEDBACK GIVEN, AM NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AND ILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO.
