Bad service

I made an order VIA MR D and then I couldn't even track the order they accepted the order online 16:05 and said estimated delivery would be 16:58.I kept checking to see when the driver was coming and then just got a notification to say "OH NO YOUR ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED. I paid over R460.00 for the food and delivery for them to tell me the driver can only wait for about 30 min and if longer he cancels? No decency in contacting the customer what so ever? Don't just cancel the order contact me first.I would then personally drive there and go collect my food! Don't just accept the order and the payment..To add on I can request a payout which is...Wait for it 5 business working days???? Are you kidding me. That could have been the last of my money? What then. Terrible service 😠There number for pelican park MCDZ on Google says "sorry this number doesn't exist???? Tried to phone another MCDZ to ask for an alternative number but all the numbers they gave just rang and no one cares to answer the phone.
