Bad service

I would like to write the experience that I had with Mr D when ordering grocery from Pick n Pay. My first order was on the 2nd of March at 10h00 and they promised for 11h00 delivery but they didn't and they kept on extending the time...until I find an email the following day that they couldn't deliver.

I ordered again on the Friday the 7th and still same issue and I attempted again on the 8th still same problem but this time on its worse because the money they refunded in my wallet I won't be able to request for payout into my bank account but has to order again.

How am I able to trust them whereas they didn't deliver the service from the start. What I need now is my money to be refunded to my bank account so I can be able to use it somewhere else.
