Bad service

I stayed in Cape Town at the Rose Lodge in Bo- Kaap and phoned Mr Delivery for service .I was told that they do not deliver to Rose Lodge , because of previous experience.I asked to speak to the manager ,where it was said that he is busy and will phone me back.Up till today he did not phone back.That is bad service.....
