Bad service

Bad bad bad bad service this is the second night I order food me and my family never recieve yesterday 1.02.21 the order accepts you food your account gets debited but still we wait no food.. Then in order to get your money back you must wait for 5 to ten days if you complain they have a don't care attitude.. Tonight I give it another go 02.02.02 I order food 6.35 it's 7.35 no food I call in to find out what Is the problem the restaurant claims to have a problem in their kitchen the driver leaves the guy from Mr d doesn't even show sympathy.. He rather wants to assigh. Another driver.. Ithis is pathetic not only does our family's wait for nothing I mean who runs a business like this we not asking for favors here we customers still surport ING their business this is pathetic no more I'll use Uber ways they more reliable
