Bad service

I ordered food from Barcellos Bedfordview for collection through Mr Delivery but unfortunately I got sick and I forgot to go and take the food . So when I called not to ask for a refund but just a credit on my app as the order still shows that it wasn’t collected. So I spoke to them and they told me they can’t credit as I took long to claim it . Barcellos redone to Mr D but they said they can’t credit even if the app still shows that the order wasn’t collected
