Bad service

Placed an order with Mr Delivery for chicken licken 30 minutes ago the order was placed and my account was debited for R172. 60 order number DFD***2 already and then i received a message that the order did not go through, they do not have a call centre to log a complaint sent in about 3 emails so far to their complaints department still no response, they have debited the account withoit accepting my order now hiw do i get a refund really pathetic servive MR DELIVERY
