Bad service

I made an order at MacDonalda not realising its for collection. When i called they customer service to find out if i could cancel the order or switch it to delivery i was told, " sorry theres nothing we can do, you will have to collect your oder or forfeit you money." The supervisor xolelwa (something along those lines) was very rude and in lacks customer service with his sarcastic tone. I know I'll never ever be using there services.
