BAD SERVICE

I placed an order with Superbalist. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday but to my surprise I received a message saying that my address was incomplete, took the matter with Superbalist who promised me that my order will be delivered today 21/12/18 before 12pm to my surprise MRD sent a message saying that they could not deliver my parcel because I was not available. I have been in the office since the morning, no one called me. This is unacceptable
