Bad service

Your service is really bad ordered food two weeks ago didn't get it I had to follow up with my meal and payment last week same story with my wife orderd food from kfc didn't get her meal or the refund till today bad service all Mr delivery can say is we sorry we sorry we sorry that's always what they got to say can't resolve any issues send email get a respond after two days have proof of all of this really bad service no one should use you guys .
