BAD SERVICE

Firstly your driver walks in my driveway, knocks on all the doors and completely ignores the BIG BROWN FRONT DOOR. He does not apologise at all when he walks into my house.

He drops the food on the counter, and leaves. No apology nothing.

I open the food- I had 1 cooldrink in my bag, 2 dunked box meals (1 box had a burger, wings and chips; the other box just had the burger and chips) my order was 2 cream soda buddies, 2 small pops and 2 dunked box meals.

So I would like a full refund for me to use today through your app with a different restaurant.

I expect a voucher code to the value of R202.70 (which includes the service fee I paid) and I expect my service fee to be waivered and the R202.70 can be used purely for dinner.

I also expect a full response by no later than 14h00 this afternoon and my voucher loaded by no later than 15h00 this afternoon.
