Bad service

I placed an order10/04/2023 at kfc jackal creek n I was advised to expect delays as There was bad weather and I was Ohk with that however driver called once n due to bad weather there was network problem and when I called the driver he told me he cancelled the order , what made it worse customer service people saying I was wrong when I had no control over bad weather like they said on the app to expect delays due to bad weather and then telling me they will refund me 50% which was unfair then further credits me that 50% that I didn’t agree on this is extremely poor service !!
