BAD SERVICE

I placed an order from Mr D at 11:23 , the time is now 15:49 and the order still says “ we are preparing your order “. I tried logging multiple queries and called their call centre number with no luck - called again , line got answered but the consultant kept quiet. Never again I will use their services
