Bad service

The 4 of March 2023 I place an order from nondos menlyn using Mr D. The address changed due to the area I was at while placing the order, but I further called the store to inform them that the streets address had changed and tried giving them the correct address they told Mr to contact Mr D there's nothing the store can do about it. Before contacting the store I realised that the driver chat is a available for use n informed the driver which he said he will have t o speak to the boss cos they not allowed to change clients addresses... He got back to me told me he can't.. I immediately called the help desk n informed them,while on call I see the driver is on the way I give out my access code only to get a message that my order had been canceled. I payed R187 which they telling me ill only get 50% of it becouse the order was already out... Instead if the driver calling me or the store saying I'll pick it up they decide to rob me off... Please assist
