Bad service

Good day , I’d just like to express my fruition and disappointment in my order yesterday. Firstly I had to wait 2 hours for my order to be delivered. I had to phone to find out what was happening, I was not provided any feedback that the driver was delayed. When the food was delivered it was cold and not enjoyable The food was also just dropped off and not waited for me to collect it

I hope this issues can be resolved , as this was not an enjoyable experience
