bad serivce over the phone

I decided to order from mr delivery parow and the lady that helped me was extremely rude, she asked my age and Id number I made a mistake and said I'm 18 then giggled and gave my right age, she told me to hold and mumbled in the back that I'm lying about my age and I'd number then I gave my mothers number that is on their system and my current address, she said the address is incorrect and I told her I'm at a new address and her reply was \are u always going to have a new address every time you call in???"Her tone of voice was really inappropriate and from there she kept putting the phone down each time I called back for my order. Its been about 5 years since I last made an order from Mr Delivery and I'm highly disappointed! """
