BAD REFUND PROCESS

This is now the second time I have ordered food from Mr Delivery and received terrible service. I ordered today with my last R60 in my account, the money was deducted, however the restaurant did not accept the order. Now why should I starve because I cannot order anymore as the money has been deducted in my account and I must wait 48 hours for a refund??? like this process fails the customer and does not benefit me as I am hungry with no money and no food.
