Bad quality of food

I've order 2 colonel burgers with chips as well as 2 oreo crushers from KFC which is in the Phoenix plaza next to the shell garage . The burgers was not done properly . The lettuce was brown instead of green . As well as the oreo crushers was off !!! How can they send stuff that's off ? Don't the staff check the food before it leaves the store ?. I've threw up after drinking the crusher . Very bad service from them . In fact, terrible
