Bad Mr Delivery steeling people money

Hi I bought food from Mr Delivery on the 16 February 2026 the payment went of my bank account 3x R257.09 I never received received my food. Called them but no refund is this how the steel people money the said I must contact my bank ABSA they can't help. This the worst service that received from them steeling people money.
