Bad food quality

I have ordered food through the Mr Delivery service several times and if I had a bad experience they would inform the restaurant and rectify the issue. However recently I've ordered food from Winston's Pub via the Mr D app. The chicken was dry and hard including the chips. They either reheated the chicken and chips, which was not edible. I took a picture and sent it to Mr Delivery, but their response is a generated message and no one calls you to assist. I've called their Restaurant Orders no. *** and it just rings. Mr Delivery's service has certainly declined post Covid with individuals who don't care about customer service!
