Bad food presentation

Just got the most pathetic food presentation from Mr Delivery ever!!! My KFC arrived, all my chips was laying out in the bag, the bag was torn and my food was ice cold, when I asked the delivery driver what happened he had an attitude and asked me what he must do and now it must be his problem. So annoyed!
