Bad Food Customer Service ( Mr Delivery / Kauai Somerset Mall Somerset West)

On Wednesday 27 July ordered food from the restaurant. Upon receiving delivery the food was cold and burger bun and patty burnt. Meal was uneatable.

Lodged a complaint with Mr D and only response received was " Details sent to Restaurant Management Team to deal with it"

Up to now no further communication received, not even apology from Restaurant or even a refund.

Will advise to not order from restaurant again
