Bad food and delivery

Mr d collected my KFC from the Pretoria gardens branch 2 burger nuggets and chicken all pushed in to one bag the burgers fell apart the 🍅 was on the side and not even on the burg the nuggets the chicken was brown and so oili we didn't eat the food till dat no refund no call nothing even after complaint the Mr drive didn't even get out the car the drivers son got out no shirt on and gave my the food omw Mr D and KFC don't know what to say complaining at customer care not asking n refund nothing no feedback I can't belive this thank you from ***
