Bad experience from MrD food delivery

I have a query that have been on going for the past 3 days now refund for my order that I made it was for R 460 and I never went to collect the order at Pedro's order number is DFD*** now they are refusing to give me a refund and are ignoring my emails and phone calls need refund for my order that I made it was for R 460 and I never went to collect the order at Pedro's order number is DFD*** How long should I wait for the refund to be done? How you are profiling yourself is not professional at all and you will make a bad name for yourself and company, I have been calling and wasting my airtime just to get what is in titled to me but you are not solving my problem, what must I do or should I involve my laws to this Matter? I need a refund and a compensation for wasting my time and resources on this matter which could have been easily resolved at the beginning.
