Bad ervice

I ordered a seafood patter for two, with a vegetable side from your Life style Centre branch, Ocean Basket, round 16:30 on 4 July 2015. This platter includes half rice and half chips.<br> The food arrived cold at 18:30, without the rice and chips. I am a long standing client and were not impressed with this service. Logged a complaint to Mr Delivery and was told, if you order a side, it replaces the Chips and rice. This was not clear on the order. According me a original order is all that's offered and the sides are extra, for free.<br>
