Bad Drivers in Mr Delivery as well as bad service from Takealot

Mr Delivery Driver did not follow simple road rules while driving and drove straight into my bumper. After the incident he refused to acknowledge his fault and denied having any insurance information(even though he was on duty for Mr Delivery at the time). This was reported to Takealot for them to assist and provide insurance information so that I could get my car repaired. They requested information and it was provided till date I have received no response on insurance information to repair my car. There was a case opened and proof available for the Takealot team to see that the driver was wrong but through the whole incident we were treated as if we were at fault. The accident took place on the 12th of October and till now no one has given me an idea of insurance info for me to claim from and fix my car.
