Bad delivery service by Mr Delivery Food

I ordered KFC meals at 17h00 on the Mr Delivery app. but up to now at 20h50 no food has been delivered I even lodged a quiry on their portal and they called me telling me that a driver has been assigned to collect the order at KFC to deliver it at my place but even now nothing has been delivered after I have called their office twice if not thrice and they kept on telling me that the driver is on the way to deliver my order. Their business is horrible and they don't communicate if there are any challenges from their side now I have wasted my money, time and airtime+data while starving at the same time. Now I'm going to bed with empty stomach because I was expecting delivery that never took place till to date. This delivery company treat us like trash, as if they are giving us the food for free whereas we are paying for those services. N.B. bad customer service...💔💔💔 Hallo Peter please intervene on this matter because I need what I deserve. They don't even show any remorse for the bad customer service. Yours MoMo
