Bad delivery service

Received a sms stating a fnb credit card will be delivered to me. On 12 Aug received sms stating MrD Express was unable to contact me. I contacted them and made arrangements for delivery after 15:00 on 13 Aug and delivery was arranged between 15:30-16:00. Left my house just after 16:00, received a call @ 16:10 from delivery guy who was @ my house - asked if he could wait a bit, he said no. Contacted the call centre explaining I'm only available a certain time - arrangements for delivery was made for 14 Aug 15:30-16:00. Contacted the call centre 16:23 no deliver yet. Arrangements wss made for delivery 17:30-18:00 after I said I don't want the delivery anymore. Contacted the call centre again 18:18 and asked delivery to be cancelled. Delivery guy only came 18:58! So disappointed - my takealot order was delivered by the same courier company without any hassles!! Received no feedback regarding the delivery after Arlene told me I will be contacted with where abouts of the delivery guy.
