Bad delivery service

Twice my order is accepted by the restaurant on 2 separate occasions and food has been prepared and twice MrD drivers didn't oick up my order. They **** first time saying the restaurant closed and when they called no one answered. This time around I called their customer center and waited for the agent to take my call for 25 minutes. Unless they come up with a better plan to make sure the drivers deliver they will lose clients like myself. I'm deleting the app as of today.
