Bad delivery and bad driving

We ordered online at 7pm it was only delivered two hours later and when we got our sushi it didn't even look like sushi. The driver must have been driving recklessly!!! When we call and complain they said the system was down, we then had to wait another hour for the driver to come back and give us our money back!! The service is shocking and noboby seems to care!!
