Bad customer service,if any!

One star is also to much. I ordered through Mr.D and got the wrong food. It was what I ordered but done completely wrong even though I left a note with clear instructions. Mr.D said I must throw the food away and that they will either reimburse me or give me the right order. I'm still waiting. More than R400 on that order and no communication from them.
