Bad customer service Mr Delivery

Terrible customer service from Mr Delivery. After having to fight with Mc Donalds about food that was never delivered to me, they stated that since it's a Mr D app promotion, I should contact Mr D. I contacted Mr D and I was basically told that I won't be getting the food I ordered nor will I be getting a refund. After sending a query to both Mc Donalds and Mr Delivery, the promotion suddenly disappeared from the app. (this has happened to me before) I used to be a loyal Mr Delivery customer, it's convenient even though it's expensive and I have had no issues with drivers but after the terrible service I just received, you just lost yourself a customer Mr D.
