Bad customer service from Mr D

I wouldn't even put a one star. So I ordered from Mr D around 6 pm on the 25th of October 2024. I chose for it to be delivered. I waited 2-3 hours with no update from the up, it had been stuck on “preparing your order” for an 1 hour and 30 minutes. When it changed to collected, I waited and got in touch with the driver via the app with no response. I was already talking to them via WhatsApp and after I had given my order number, only for it to be cancelled on some “the driver couldn’t find the location” but I had been keeping track and the driver was at Soshanguve block f while the delivery address was Mabopane. This is very inconvenient and really frustrating.
