Bad Customer service experience

Ruqaiyah- I had Item missing on my order #DFD***, I call MRD call center and spoke to Ruqaiyah who was very cold, no empathetic and very condescending on the call. I am so angry because I did not get a refund plus refund for my delivery because we have to reorder.
