Bad customer service

On the 6th of February I ordered food on the Mr D/ Debonairs belhar app I waited for approximately 30 minutes for the food to be delivered. The food was never delivered. When I looked at the app it said order cancelled with no reason provided . Called the Mr D call centre early this morning and I was informed that the driver sent a text and called but I was unreachable. I never got communication from the driver whatsoever, he never called or texted me and the lady who I spoke to is telling me that the driver called multiple times but I was unreachable asked for evidence that the driver communicated with me but the call centre lady said they are unable to share that with me all I have to know is that the driver did communicate and I will not get my money.
