Bad customer service

This brand had no regard what soever for their consumers.I order a pizza and it was very unedible.I then requested for a refund and this brand had the audacity to offer me a R100 as compared to my R200+ that i waisted.They have since stopped replying me with regards to this query.Please people be smart and use uber eats because Mr D is a lost cause.
