Bad customer service

I placed an order at kfc springsgate via Mr delivery on Monday the 14 /09 /2020. 45 Minutes later I called the store to check on the order because the app status was that the shop is still on it. I was told by the lady at the store that my order was ready 30 minutes ago and no one is fetching it and they are about to close so I must call Mr delivery. I called I talked to Andani who cut my call as I was explaining myself. I called again and I talked to some guy he said his name is Eric/Erin who said they are following up with the driver as the driver who was suppose to fetch the order had transport problem. He said he'll get back to me but 10 minutes passed and it was already around 10pm so I called again and spoke to Mpho who finally explained that it is late and probably the store is closed she suggested that they can deliver the order the following day or to return the funds to my wallet on the app or do payout. I requested payout which she did. I'm not happy though coz our area didn't have electricity and we wanted to eat so we had to sleep hungry because of lack of communication from Mr delivery. They have the worst service
