BAD BAD SERVICE 🗑🗑🗑🗑

I don't like complaining because I also work with customers, however I'm not impressed at all.

I ordered my groceries this morning 10:10 via the mr delivery app at pnp and the order was expected to arrive at 11:09, now it's 11:55 and I haven't received any communication as to what's causing the delay. I called the mr delivery service and I spoke to some lady who called the store twice (diepkloof square) with no one answering the phone. She told me that the order hasn't been picked up yet. She promised to call me after 10 minutes bear in mind that I called her 11: 20 and still she hasn't called me back.

Guys please be for real I ordered frozen goods, imagine how the groceries will arrive in which state.

I'm never using their services ever. I should have went with checkers 60 60
