BAD BAD DELIVERY

Countless times that i have placed an order and have not received everything i ordered.MR D should have a look into how we as PAYING CUSTOMERS FOR THE DELIVERY SERVICE receive all our goods ordered.This is becoming a major problem.If this happens to 100 customers per day paying a delivery service of say R20.It equals to R2000 per day they make for FREE, Find a solution!!!!
