Bad bad

I just ordered food through Mr D and the restaurant that accepted the order called me a few minutes later to say that they don’t have what I eat. I called Mr D and the lady I spoke with said she will cancel the order and reward me with a voucher. I’m still waiting for the call and I’m hungry no one is sending the voucher. I called a gain and another lady said according to her the food has been delivered and yet I received nothing. It’s is unacceptable and rude now I’m staving
