Bad bad bad bad

No customer service at all. I ordered 2 meals from Burger King in Blue Route Mall. The driver took his own time to leave the mall and deliver my food. I made sure my food was ordered way before the time and estimated time was 15mins before my lunch break. I only got my food 30 mins into my lunch break. I then complained to Mr Delivery they took a week and 1 day to reply to me. It basically took about 2 weeks for them to actually say sorry and that they will deal with my compliant. I got a R15 voucher for the inconvenience. I questioned how much i only get R15 back when they took long to deliver my food and took long to deliver me customer service for complaining.
