Yesterday I placed an order on the PNP side when I was about to make a payment is said error they deducted 3 times my money but when I checked there was no order I just called them spoke with Jada. W who reports to Jessica.N they said they could not locate the payment so they are escalating to finance team and they do not know how long will that take I am soo frustrated as that is a lot of money we are being ****med accessing my bank and deducting funds 3 times and saying you cannot locate them this is ridiculous!?!! I am still waiting for call back for feedback
