AWFUL SERVICE

<p>this courrier has gone down dramatically over the last few years. I am enraged. twice in the space of not even ten minutes my order hasn't been registered through their service even though the money has been taken off my account. apparently i will only be refunded in two working days? i called the help line the first time it happened and the service consultant on the other line told me to reorder the same order as the people just took a bit too long to respond. do not ever order from them. their service is awful</p>
