Awful customer service

I have been using Mr D for many years - I have never had an experience as I did on Sunday 3 April.

I ordered a pizza from a supplier , the food was collected, it took quite a while to deliver once collected ( the establishment is not too far from our home ) On delivery we opened the unsealed box to find a mangled pizza - on finding the mess we advised the driver that we could not accept the pizza as it looked as if it had been dropped and placed back into the box . He said that we had made the pizza that way mishandling it during the short 5m walk from our door to kitchen.

We returned the pizza saying that we could not accept the food. He took the pizza and was on his way in a huff.

My husband then ordered another pizza whilst I contacted Mr D to resolve the issue.

Not only is there no telephone contact number for them but I have still not got a reply to my complaint email - only that someone would be in contact with me.

All I would like is to be refunded or credited for the same meal as we had to purchase another. I absolutely hate that you cannot contact a person to resolve simple issues. It has escalated my emotions and views towards the situation from calm to irritated.

Terrible , terrible customer service from the driver & customer service department.
