Awesome customer service

Wow. Customer service to the max. I had sent a review stating that our food had been squished and fell out of the container into the plastic packet. A month later I only saw an email in my spam folder from a consultant asking about it and if I had photos. I responded that I did not but described the packaging etc. Within an hour they had tried to phone me and sent me an email plus they had credited my account to the value of the order which we did not expect. Other companies should learn, this is what creates customer satisfaction and loyalty. Great customer service
