Avoid using Mr Delivery food services.

I placed an order of the 16th of June 2023 with Mr Delivery in Cape Town with First Base in Camps Bay, my order was delivered late, the driver arrived drunk, when I opened up the food box the pizza was cold , due to avocado on the pizza was unable to reheat, I contacted Mr Delivery to report the bad service ( late delivery and drunk driver ) on my third attempt ( as I was hung up on multiple times ) I told the operator that I had left the food at the security and asked if it to be collected by the driver and returned . I was for a credit wallet refund , I was told that the food could not be returned and I would not receive a credit. This is theft ! I strongly advise for the public to be cautious on using Mr Delivery if this is how customers are treated.
