AVOID MR DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would.

After looking forward to ordering McDonald's yesterday for the first time since lockdown started, we were excited when the delivery bike arrived at the gate. It was, however, downhill from there...

The delivery man informed us that he had been driving fast, and as a result, our 1 cool drink tipped over. He said he would bring a replacement drink. We are still waiting for it. He then proceeded to throw his ******* out onto our pavement, which my husband had to clean up. Fast forward a few minutes - We open the McDonald's bag, really looking forward to our fries - only to be disappointed yet again. The boxes were more than half empty, and we hadn't even touched them. I contacted Mr Delivery, and they said that they would investigate the matter. A few hours later we received a R50 coupon from them. The R50 coupon did definitely not cover the missing cold drink and missing fries.

Terribly unhappy, and will definitely only be making use of Uber Eats from now on. Not once have I ever had an issue with them.

Highly disappointed with Mr Delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
