Attitude adjustments

This company that represents such a big company such as takealot, its really sad that the service and attitude from this company is so poor. So firstly ive used mr d foods before in the past, i refuse to ise them ever again. By the time the drivers get to u, some of them smell like they haven't bath in years. The grooming in 70% of them are terrible. Secondly i work in the restaurant industry my self and have dealt with the customer service center for years. The way they speak to u over the phone is extremely unprofessional and discussing, there attitude needs some serious adjustment. I mean i do not work for you, do not talk to me as if you are my boss or i owe u something . We both work in this industry i know u have frustrations, but so do we. MR D, u need to seriously level up your staff. Im normally not a person that ever write a review, but i have had enough with the bad attitude and rudness of your staff. Send them for propper people s****s training
